Stress is one of the parts of life that can't be avoided, and instead of letting stress take control of our lives we need to be able learn how to cope with it.
I believe that the best way on managing our stress is figuring out what causes us the most stress.
Once we have determined what causes us the most stress we need to figure out ways to deal or cope with our stress whether it be reading a book ,or going for a walk it's really all up to you.
To sum it all up my main point, that I'm trying to get across is don't let stress take over your life, because if you do stress will wrap itself around you and you'll soon find yourself trapped with no easy way to get out.
