Who I am

I am the poet,
who didn't know it.
I am the thinker,
who sees life as a
puzzle
and it's up
to me
to solve it.

I am the runner,
who has no set destination.
The world is mine to
conquer.
It has no boundaries
or ends.

I am the Eagle Scout,
who started as a boy,
who didn't know how
to lead,
much less what
it meant
to lead.

In time I matured
and I became
the leader that I am today.
I am the rain that falls
from the sky
that tells
the stories of the
past, present and future.

I am the sunlight that aluminates
the morning sky
I am the warmth that radiates
the world

I am who I make my self to be
and that's enough for me.
