The Story of a Man

What is it that makes a man good or evil?

Is it the sum of his life and his actions?

Or is that only a part of it?

Could a man's life, be solely judged by the content of his character?

Whether he did right or wrong was based off his personality.

But then again, who are we to judge?

We've all done wrong in our lives, some worse than others.

But does that make us any more pure than the guy standing next to us?

That's not to say that their aren't people who do good out of free will, but then again what is free will ?

As we grow up our parents teach us a set of values to stand by.

Whether we accept or reject these values is up to us.

Free will is based off these values, and may bias us to sway one way or the other.

Words of Wisdom: Hammer and Nail

Never go into a situation with a preconceived notion on how it will play out. Especially when your meeting someone new. If you hear rumors about a person's character that are negative we tend to only see those qualities. This is much like trying to screw in a Philips screw with a flat head screw driver. The flat head screw driver won't be able to screw in the Philips screw because it won't fit. Rather than viewing others subjectively we need the ability to view them objectively, only then can we come up with a rational judgment of their character.

Sometimes I feel as if I'm dreaming.

A distant dream.

A dream that can be grasped.
Yet with time my dreams are a changing.

Take me away to a place that's far from here.
Where the wind blows and the trees sway.
Where the birds sing and the people listen.
Where the dogs run free and the cats sleep the day away.
Where one becomes infinite.
Where the sun never sets on a day that never seems to end.

Infinite

Run, run away till you've reached the mountain tops.
Reach your hand into the sky and jump as high as you can.
Grab on to what you can and fly, fly away.
Fly till you've reached tomorrow.
